Unexpectedly, on Sunday, January 5, 2025, Gayle VanDerHeide of London in her 75th year. Beloved wife of Frank for almost 31 years. Loving mother of Gordon Sims, Susan (Brian Brown) and stepmother of Lizanne (Mark Want), Roxanne (Guy McDougall), Kimberley Anne VanDerHeide (Steve) and Jacqueline Nadine Goodsite. Cherished grandma of Tyler, Rebekah, Josh, Noah, Michael, Megan, Jessica, Amber, Matthew, Alicia, Christopher and great grandma of Warren, Cordelia and Harper. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Gordon Seaman and Gregory Seaman.
A funeral service will be held in the Evans Chapel, 648 Hamilton Road, on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Spring interment in Robin’s Hill Cemetery.
Donations to Parkwood Institute Veteran’s Care will be acknowledged by the family.
