It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gary Hopwood-Jones surrounded by his loving family at Cornwall Hospice on Thursday, February 20th, 2025 at the age of 73 years. Beloved husband for 34 years of Lise Martin. Loving step-father of Shanti Roy. Cherished step-grandfather of Sasha Coallier. Dear brother of Frank Hopwood-Jones (late Joan), John Hopwood-Jones and of Lois Hopwood-Jones. Treasured uncle of Shelley (Tom) and Sharon (Ernie) and great-uncle of Olivia, Jeremy, Owen and Kyle.
Honoring Gary’s wishes, cremation has taken place privately. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Service details will be updated once confirmed.
As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to Cornwall Hospice in memory of Gary.
