It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Gail Alice Kellar. Gail passed away surrounded by her loving family, on January 3rd, 2025, at PRHC in her 83rd year. Gail was predeceased by her beloved mother, Irene Donnelly, and her siblings, Frank and Eddie. She is survived by her sister, Linda, her devoted sons, William (Bill) and Frank, and her grandchildren, Bill, Patrick, and David.
