Il laisse dans le deuil son frère Claude Fréreault et sa belle-soeur Diane Gélinas, ainsi que ses amis proches Bruno Curadeau, Christielle Beaudry et leurs enfants Océanne et Dylan Curadeau. Il laisse aussi dans le deuil plusieurs parents et amis.
