It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather and brother Francis Patrick Micallef, also know as Frank, born February 13th 1950. He passed peacefully, surrounded by loving family, age 75, on February 22, 2025.
Frank was a deep lover of music, particularly 60’s and 70’s rock & roll and reggae. He was a passionate Toronto Maple Leafs fan and cheered them on through thick and thin. He also loved to fish and had many stories of fishing his favourite spot on the Talbot River.
Frank is survived and will be cherished and remembered by those left behind. His daughter, Rachel Micallef (Robin Pottle), and sons, Joel Micallef (Amy Secord), Dwayne Micallef (Erin Sasabuchi, deceased); his siblings, Irene Turner (Ed), Steve Micallef, Chris Micallef (Debbie), Sharon Micallef, Dominic Jr. Micallef (Vivian), Pauline Micallef; his grandchildren, Jeremy Micallef, Tonisha Barclay, Elorie Sasabuchi and Maddox Sasabuchi.
He is predeceased by his wife, Cresent Micallef, his parents Pauline and Dominic Micallef, his brother Raymond Micallef, and Therese Micallef.
The viewing for Frank Patrick Micallef, will be held on Tuesday, March 4th, 2025 from 1-3pm at St. John’s Dixie Cemetery and Crematorium, which is at 737 Dundas St E, Mississauga, ON L4Y 2B5.
We ask in lieu of flowers that you make a donation to the Alzheimer’s Society in Frank Patrick Micallef’s name.
