Frank “Grover” Grawbarger Death Notice
GRAWBARGER, Frank Raymond “Grover”
Frank died peacefully, his sisters by his side, at Nipissing Serenity Hospice, North Bay, on Friday, January 3, 2025. He was 67 years old.
Frank is survived by his parents Margaret (Keeting) and Ivan Grawbarger of Restoule; his children Michael Ritchie of North Bay, Ashley Milmine of Aylmer and Eric Grawbarger of Ingersoll; his grandchildren Kayden, Serena, Sage, Freya and Emery; and his siblings Susan Hamilton (Hal) of Restoule, Sandra McVeety (late Greg) of Mount Hope, Dan Grawbarger (Mark) of Etobicoke, Steven Grawbarger (Anna) of Restoule and Everett Grawbarger (Carolee) of Restoule.
Frank acquired the nickname “Grover” at an early age and it followed him throughout his life. He was retired from a career in renovation/construction. Frank was known for his dry sense of humour and ability to laugh at life’s crazy turns. He was a very talented and creative artist, a skill he passed on to his children. Frank loved watching television and was an expert couch potato! His passion was his grandchildren, whom he adored. They were truly the love of his life.
As Frank wished, no public services will be held. His family will celebrate his life privately.
