Forby Pat Quan passed away peacefully on January 10, 2025, at the age of 89. He is now reunited in Heaven with his beloved wife, Elsie. Cherished by his dear children: Leslie (Peni), Steven (Geraldine) and Jeffrey & his 4 grandchildren. He will be sorely missed and will forever remain in the hearts of his family, relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Toronto Western Hospital.
