À l’Hôpital de la région de Thetford, le 9 février 2025, est décédé à l’âge de 86 ans et 4 mois, M. Fernand Laplante, conjoint de Mme Claire Houde, domicilié auparavant à Irlande.
Il laisse dans le deuil sa conjointe Claire et son fils Olivier Laplante.
De la famille Houde, il était le beau-frère de: Yolande (Aurèle Couture), Jean, Maurice (Mado April), Jacques (Pamela), Michel (Christina), Gilles et de Réjeanne Houde.
Sont également touchés par son départ, ses neveux et nièces et de nombreux amis.
Une célébration hommage aura lieu au printemps dans l’intimité de la famille.
