Emma d’Entremont
Emma Jane d’Entremont, age 62, of Lower West
Pubnico died July 8th, 2025 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital with family
by her side. Born in Yarmouth Regional Hospital, she was a
daughter of the late Andrew Joseph and Agnes Marie
(d’Entremont) d’Entremont. She is
survived by her partner; Kendrick d’Entremont, sisters;
Caroline (Marvin) Greenwood, Shag Harbour and Rosalie (Wayne) Muise,
Amirault’s Hill, brother; James d’Entremont, Lower
West Pubnico. She was predeceased by a brother; Daniel.
During the past twenty years, Emma faced many health
challenges, but through it all she enjoyed life. She enjoyed
horseback riding, took amazing photos with her camera, took joy in
traveling with Kendrick and felt like a star with a microphone in her
hand at karaoke. She had many close friends and co-workers,
which to her were an extension to her family. She loved her
feline friends and they were her family as well.
The family would like to thank the ICU staff in the Yarmouth
Regional Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Emma over the
past few days. They would also like to thank all of the
medical staff who cared for her over the years.
Everyone is invited to a graveside service on August
30th at 11am in St. Peter’s Roman
Catholic Cemetery, Middle West Pubnico with Fr. Cyrille Assihou
officiating. Donations in memory may be made online to Heart
and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of choice. On line
