Ms. Elsie Louise Mallette passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at the TBRHSC. Born to Henri and Louise Mallette (nee Brooks) in Kingston, Ontario on October 25, 1957. Elsie is survived by her mother, Louise Little, her children, Shanacy and Nicholas Kapush, best friend Lawrence Mercier, sisters Jane Mallette, Ruth Mitchell, and Heather Mallette, several nieces and nephews also survive. She was predeceased by her father, Henri Mallette, and brother, David Mallette. A visitation for Elsie will be held at the Blake Funeral Chapel on Friday, February 14, 2025 from 11:00 am – 12:30 pm. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
