In Loving Memory of Elsa (nee Livingston) Cook Russell
Died on September 20, 2025 at West Hills Care Centre, St Catharines, Ontario.
She was the beloved wife of the late William Neil Russell, and mother of Elizabeth Cook. Elsa leaves behind many good friends, a sister and brother, and is predeceased by her parents Roy and Edith Livingston.
Cremation has taken place and she has requested no visitation. Burial will take place at the Russell family plot at Twelve Mile Lake Cemetery, Carnarvon, Haliburton County, at a later date.
