She passed on her knowledge to her children such as stories, history, and language as her children all speak fluently and now her teachings are being passed on to her grandchildren. Her legacy will live on through her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She helped her grandpa with the farm work and breaking the wild horses. Elizabeth loved her barrel racing and helped drive Grandpa’s chuck wagon. She loved singing powwow and was also a ladies’ traditional dancer. Most of all she took care of us and really loves her parents. Elizabeth is a residential school survivor and she attended the Crowfoot residential school. When Elizabeth met Glenter Broad Scalplock she had 3 beautiful boys, Late Glenn Bearshirt, Leonard Bearshirt & Lawrence Bearshirt. She raised her sons with the Late Charles Little Plume.
