It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Elda on February 28, 2025.
Predeceased by her parents Pietro and Amabile, her late husband Zefferino, sister’s Rosina (Wheeler) and Rina (Fidani) and his brother’s Vittorino, Tony and Giovanni.
Elda is survived by her brother’s Giuseppe and Andrea V (Margot)
She will also be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends in Canada and Italy.
Elda was a devout Roman Catholic. Elda also enjoyed reading, sewing, travelling, and spending countless hours attending to her flowers and vegetable garden.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all the staff at Macassa Lodge, for all their compassion and care of cherished Elda.
Visitation will be held at FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL on Wednesday March 5, 2025 from 6pm-9pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at All Souls Church on Thursday March 6, 2025 at 9:30am. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, in Burlington.
