Eileen Margaret Arbuckle, born December 1, 1952 in Toronto, peacefully left this world on January 12, 2025.
Eileen is survived by David, her husband of 50 years and her son, Steven, daughter-in-law Jennifer and her grandchildren, Austin, Ashlee and Alyssa. Eileen is also survived by her twin brother Terry (Gail) and her brother Don (Marilyn). Eileen was predeceased by her parents Frederick and Mina and her brothers Brian and Ron.
Eileen was well known for her love of animals. She frequently rescued stray animals and welcomed many into her home as full time pets. She also had a passion for crafting and making things to give and sell in the community.
Family and friends may gather at Brett Funeral Chapel, 76 Bridge Street North, Hastings on Sunday, January 19, 2025 from 2:00pm – 4:00pm. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Eileen received incredible care at Campbellford Hospital and we ask that in lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Campbellford Memorial Hospital Foundation in her name.
