September 2, 1927 – April 4, 2025
Dorothy with her fork in hand passed away on April 4 in her 98th year. After a scrumptious dinner and before clearing the dishes the hostess announces “keep your fork, the best is yet to come.” Dorothy’s life was fulfilling she laughed, she cried, she loved and she was loved. She was a loyal friend, a proud mother, a caring mentor, a busy volunteer and a thoughtful grandmother. Now it’s time for her dessert.
Dorothy (Grandma D) will be missed by her daughters Marilyn (Andy) and Darlene (Wayne), her grand children James (Jenny), Lisa (Ivan) and great grant children Sabrina, Kaylie, Eli, Trenton and Sierra

There will be a memorial service on Saturday May 17, 2025 at 2:00 pm. It will be at St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church, 1140 St. Paul’s Street Peterborough, Ontario.
