Obituary of Donna Gail Patterson
The death of Donna Patterson of Saint John, wife of the late Charles Patterson, occurred on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at Shannex – Cohen Hall. Born on June 11, 1946 in Saint John, she was a daughter of the late Bernard Mason and Helen (LaTulippe) Coates.
Most recently, Donna enjoyed cross stitch, jigsaw puzzles and loved butterflies.
Donna will be greatly missed and loving remembered by her daughter, Tanya McCarthy (Sean); grandson, Kyle Zupke; brothers, Bub Mason (Vickie), Doug Mason (Laura) and Stenner Mason (Annmarie); as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sister, Maureen Asselstine.
In keeping with Donna’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. Interment will take place in St. Joseph’s Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506-634-7424).
