It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Donald Landers at the Timmins and District Hospital on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, at the age of 80.
He is survived by his sister Dianne Cool, his brother Allan Landers (Elizabeth) and his sister-in-law Colleen Landers. He will be greatly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Donald was predeceased by his father Ernest Landers (1994), his mother Hermone Landers (2011) and his brother Michael Landers (2024).
The family would like to thank the Ross Avenue Group Home as well as the Birch Street Group Home for the excellent care that was given to Donald over the years.
Cremation will take place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to LESSARD Funeral and Cremation Centre. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to the Special Olympics-Timmins or Sports for Kids Timmins would be greatly appreciated.
