It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Don at the age of 93. Reunited with his wife Betty of 66 years. Loving father to Robbin Armstrong (Gary), Vicky White, Joe White, Don White Jr and Tammy White Gayowsky. Cherished grandfather to Justin White (Alana), Jill Thompson (Chris), Matt Armstrong (Cheryl), Ryan White (Kim), Danielle Stelling (Jeff), Brandon White (Maggie), Grace Gayowsky, Noah Gayowsky. Dearest Great Grandfather to 13 grandchildren. He will be missed by many friends and family.
His great sense of humor and charismatic personality has left fond memories with all that knew him. Don worked in the finance department at the City of Windsor for over 31 years. After retirement, Don began to help other for many years. He volunteered at Regency Park Nursing Home and St. Vincent De Paul, where he would help feed the poor and take care of those in need of medical appointments and general errands. He had a heart of gold always wanting to help those in need.

A memorial mass will take place at Our Lady of the Assumption Church 2735 University Ave W, Windsor on May 26 2025 at 1pm. Interment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
