1954-2025
With Saddened hearts at St. Peter’s Hospital on May 1, 2025, Dominic D’Avella passed away in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Theresa for 21 years. Loved father of Peter (Karen), Philip, Daniel, Kristyna, Shaun, Matthew (Rachel), and Tarah. Proud papa of Zachary (Abbie), Alyssa (Chris), Chase, Callie, Aedan, and Paxtyn, and loving great-papa of Malcom. Survived by his sister Lena and sisters-in-laws Gillian (Frank) and Michelle (Dave). Predeceased by his parents Filippo and Antonietta. Dominic will be dearly missed by all his extended family and friends.
Friends and family will be welcomed at P.X. Dermody Funeral Home, 796 Upper Gage Ave (between Mohawk and Fennell on Friday May 9, from 4:00-7:00pm. In lieu of flowers donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation or Liver Canada.
