PUSKAS, DEREK – It is with shattered hearts that Sonya and Valerie announce the sudden passing of our brother Derek at home in Welland, Ontario on January 14, 2025. He is survived by his sisters Valerie (Richard) and Sonya (Ted) and his niece Courtney. He is predeceased by his father Daniel Puskas, mother Jeannette Puskas and brother Daniel. Cremation has taken place and interment will follow at a later date. We would like to thank all of the Welland Emergency Services, the Welland Hospital ICU unit nurses and doctors who gave exceptional care and support and our families and friends for their monumental support. We could not have gotten through this without everyone, we love you. Final thanks to our employers Wajax Industries (Fort McMurray), Domtar (Wood Products Division – Ontario) and R.D.R. Industries. In lieu of flowers a donation to a charity of choice is appreciated. We are forever grateful.
