Obituary of Dennis “Denny” Lewington
Passed away peacefully at the St. Andrew’s Terrace in Cambridge on Saturday, March 29th, 2025 in his 91st year. Cherished and loving husband of the late Gwen Lewington. Loving father to the late Gary Hamann (Deborah) and Rick Hamann (Cheryl). Beloved grandfather of Carl (Alysia), Amanda (Jeremy), Jennifer (Brad), and Michelle (Andrew). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by siblings Ernie (Lois), and Phyllis, and survived by his sister Lorraine. Denny was instrumental in preserving the eastern bluebird population in the Bruce Peninsula. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hamilton Naturalists Club Sanctuary Fund would be appreciated.
