It is with broken hearts that the family of Dean James Thompson of Bonnyville, Alberta announces his passing with family by his side on January 18, 2025 at the age of 63 years.
Dean will be forever remembered and loved by his wife of 42.5 years: Tammy Thompson; children: Kara (Ty) Ricker, Janie (Mark) Hunter, Arnon (Tiffany) Thompson, Roanne (Jordan) Stober, Braden (Lindsy) Thompson, Delton (Tisha) Thompson; grandchildren: Jaren, Dayton & Kaylee Ricker, Denver, Benson, Theo & Owen Hunter, Lennon & Elis Thompson, Dallas & Elsie Stober, Mary & Della Thompson, Rehn, Hux & Locky Thompson; brother: Les (Bonnie) Thompson; sisters: Brenda (Larry) Carter, Marilyn (Dean) Mathison, Louise (Calvin) Sergeant; mother-in-law: Doreen James; brothers-in-law: Dennis (Ann) Cook, Dan Cook; as well as numerous other relatives and good friends.
Dean was predeceased by his sister-in-law: Heather Cook (2001); mother: Elsie Thompson (2004); father: John Thompson (2007); father-in-law: Gord Cook (2013).
Funeral Service, Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre – Graham Field House, Bonnyville, Alberta with Jon Moore, Jason Pearman & Jackson Sinclar officiating. Pallbearers: Ty Ricker, Arnon Thompson, Braden Thompson, Mark Hunter, Jordon Stober, Delton Thompson. Final Resting Place St. John United Cemetery, Bonnyville, Alberta.
