Passed away suddenly surrounded by the love of his family at L&A Hospital on Friday, January 3, 2025 at the age of 58. Loving husband and best friend of Sandy Denison (nee Melhuish). Sadly missed by his mother Bonita and predeceased by his father Harvey. He will be lovingly remembered by his sister Tanya Wright and his step siblings, the Melhuish family and many uncles, aunts and cousins. Darren was like a father figure to his Nephew Tim.
A Celebration of life service to remember Darren will be held at the Wartman Funeral Home, Napanee on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 1 p.m.. Aquamation has taken place and interment at Riverview Cemetery following the service.
Donations to the Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre would be appreciated by the family. Donations and condolences may be forwarded online through wartmanfuneralhomes.com
