It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dan, at the Brockville General Hospital on Saturday January 18th, 2025, at the age of 66 years. Proud father of Joshua (Desiree), Zachary (Sarah) and Emily (Travis). Cherished grandfather of Lillian, Cecilia, Lana, Erickson, Noah, Aaliyah, Atticus, Camden, Austin and Rome. Beloved partner of Cheryl Ellis and her family, Samantha Brunette (Kyle) and Anthony Ellis. Special brother of Bev Smith (Noble), Nancy Campbell (Steve), Lawrence (pre:) Leona), Audrey Botsford (John pre:), Gerald (Judy), Jim (pre:) (Linda), Sharon Halliday (John), Alma Vanderlinden (Sam pre:), Dave (Virginia), John (Jill), Marilyn Leeder (Larry) and Ron (MaryLynn). Predeceased by his parents, Samuel Bell and the former Thelma Johnston.
Relatives and friends may pay their respects at the Judson Funeral Home Athens, on Friday January 24th, 2025 from 1-3 and 5-7 p.m. Interment will be held in the Spring, in the family plot at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Oak Leaf. Donations to the charity of your choice, will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
