It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved father, Dale Rexford Garrison. He was the eldest of three children of the late Rexford and Eva Garrison of Sambro, NS.
Dale is survived by his wife June (Worth) Garrison, son Grant Garrison (Stephanie) of Sambro, NS and daughter Julie Zinck (Garfield) of Barss Corner, NS.
Dale is survived by his brother, Eric Garrison (Judy) of Ketch Harbour, NS and sister Astrid Williams (Jim) of Sambro, NS.
Dale was a kind and gentle soul who loved and adored his family especially his grandchildren, Jordan, Trinity, Trenten and Rexford.
Dale was a long time fisherman but his favourite was harpooning swordfish with his son, Grant.
Dale always looked forward to playing hockey and baseball within the community. In the past 4 years he enjoyed playing cards with his new found friends from Shiraz Gardens.
Dale will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
As per Dale’s request, no church service or reception will be held. Dale will be laid to rest at sea at a later date.
