It is with great sadness that the family of Colleen Frances LaPerle announce her peaceful passing on December 24, 2024.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, John Eugene; her parents, Dinnis and Katherine “Fran” Meehan (née McLay); as well as her sister, Brenda Wood.
She leaves behind 3 siblings; her devoted children, Laurielle and Laurier, and their significant others; and her 5 loving grandchildren, whom she loved.
A Viewing will be held at 10:00 a.m., followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 18407-60 Ave, Edmonton, AB. Reception to follow at Connelly-McKinley Downtown Funeral Home 10011-114 St. Edmonton, AB. A private family Interment will follow at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to the Alberta Cancer Foundation.
Arrangements entrusted to Connelly-McKinley Downtown Funeral Home.
