Clayton Jensen
1948-2025
At his residence, January 24, 2025, Mr. Clayton Jensen of New
Denmark passed away unexpectedly at the age of 76. He was the widower
of Carol Ann (Kelly) Jensen who passed away in 2022. Born in Plaster
Rock in 1948, he was a son of the late Walter J. and Alice (Petersen)
Jensen and step-son of the late Hazel (Brannen) Jensen. After his
mother Alice passed away at the age of 26, Clayton and his siblings
were raised by Walter and his second wife Hazel.
Clayton left New Brunswick several years ago to go work in
Ontario where he retired after many years of loyal service to the
Canadian Tire store of Brampton.
He is survived by his wife Carol’s children, Robert and Deb,
both of Ontario, his sisters, Julia Goodine (Glenn) of Tilley, Judy
Jensen of Oromocto and Caroline Aiton (Jeff) of Fredericton, his
brother Larry Jensen (Eileen) of New Denmark as well as nieces and
nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Carol Ann and two brothers,
Johnny and Bruce Jensen.
Services for Clayton will be private.
