Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 23, 2025 at 74 years of age. Beloved wife of Ronald for 52 years. Loving mother of Diane McGuire (Matthew Weaver), Jason McGuire (Angie), Amy McGuire, Ryan McGuire (Stacey) and Laura McGuire. Precious grandmother of Kylie, Spencer, Troy, Trenton, Travis, Nolan, Leah, Savannah and Riley. Predeceased by her parents John and Christina Kraehling. Dear sister of Walter Kraehling. Dear sister-in-law of Clifford, Neil (Lena), Carol (Dave), late Gary (late Carol), late Roy, Donna (Alan), Paul (Anne), Keith (Karen), Mark (Cori) and Anne (Blair).
Chris was one of the most kind and generous souls to grace the earth. She was a best friend to many. She was a supermom; made the best chili sauce, relish and apple pie. She adored spoiling her grandchildren. She got excited about watching the leafs games with family. Chris (Chrissy) loved being surrounded by family and friends; the more the merrier. She enjoyed endless hours tending to her beautiful gardens and pond while countless birds dropped in for a visit to her feeders. Chris will be dearly missed.
Cremation services to be held. A celebration of life for Christine, for all to attend, will be held on Saturday March 29, 2025 from 1-4 pm, at the Amherstburg Sportsman Club, 468 Lowes Side Road.
