Peacefully, while surrounded by her loving family on February 25, 2025, at the age of 78. Much loved wife of Rick for 47 years. Loving and devoted mother of Michael and wife Monique, and predeceased by John (2006), survived by wife Shelley. Cherished Grandma “Nana and Bah” of Mitchell and wife Cindy, Nicole, Moira, and Seamus. Survived by her brother Clark and wife Donna, and predeceased by her brother Chuck (survived by Sharon). Charmaine will be forever remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Charmaine was deeply devoted to her faith and was a member of the Catholic Woman’s League. Through her many health struggles, she always remained positive, strong and determined. Her will was steadfast until she went home to be with her Lord and Saviour and her son John. Above all, she was a loving and dedicated grandmother, and her grandchildren meant everything to her.
If you so desire, donations to Constable John Atkinson Memorial Scholarship would be appreciated by the family. Visitation Friday, February 28, 2025 from 2:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m., with Parish Prayers at 3:30 p.m. at Families First, East Windsor, 1065 Lauzon Road (519-969-5841).
On Saturday, March 1, 2025, friends are invited to join the family after 9:30 a.m., until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at Most Precious Blood Church, 1947 Meldrum Road.
Burial to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
