HEALEY, Charles Dalton
September 5, 1940 – March 30, 2025. Passed away peacefully at Juravinski Hospital in his 85th year. Loving husband of 47 years of the late Joan (McKinney). Predeceased by his parents Robert and Verna and grandsons Aaron (Shoup)(Lisa) and Spencer. Survived by his daughters Heather Healey (Sergio) and Cherie Mitchell (Dave), grandchildren Kyle, Zyei and Devon and great-grandchildren Liza, Evelyn, William and Mildred. Also survived by his brother John Healey (Pam). Fondly remembered by Judy. Dalton, retired from Somerville Nurseries, was a proud member of the Ranger Hunt Camp, who enjoyed hunting, fishing and steam shows / engines. Friends will be received at the Chatterson Funeral Home, 404 Hurontario Street, Collingwood on Friday April 4th, 2025 from 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m. and 7:00p.m. to 9:00p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday April 5th at 2 o’clock, with a reception to follow. Interment will be held at Singhampton Cemetery at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
