July 30, 1963 – February 3, 2025
Charlene passed away peacefully at Sunset Manor in Collingwood, Ontario in her 62nd year with her sister Carol by her side.
Daughter of the late Connie Webster (2011), Carl Yuhasz (2016), her “other dad” Danny Webster (1998) and her best buddy Jimmy Dickinson (2020).
Loving sister to Carol Gburski (Bill), Cheryl Yuhasz, Colleen Armstrong and Wendy Cowan (Kevin). Also, Kim Cline and stepsister Pam Yuhasz and stepbrother Gary Yuhasz (Diane). Aunt to Crystal Davies (Joe), Caryn Parvanyik (Anton Ostia), Melissa, Colin and Devlin Armstrong and Vanessa Thorne. She was also a great aunt and great-great aunt to many nieces and nephews. Sister-in-law to Shawn Armstrong and Scott Thorne. She will also be remembered by Florence Yuhasz and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Charlene had a passion for NASCAR racing, music and art. She was self-taught to play her guitar and keyboard, playing all her music by ear only. She knew every word of every song that she sung and she shined when she had a microphone in her hand. She spent hours drawing, coloring and painting. Charlene brought great joy to everyone that she met and held a special place in many of their hearts.
Special thanks go out to the amazing staff at Sunset Manor G1, their loving care gave her a great quality of life these past three years. Also, to the staff of Chartwell Georgian Traditions, Collingwood for the support and care that they gave her from 2017 – 2022. Each and everyone of you that cared for Charlene at both homes became an extended part of our family.
Charlene will be cremated with arrangements being entrusted to Carruthers and Davidson Funeral Homes in Wasaga Beach. Interment of her ashes at Mount Hope Cemetery in Brantford ,Ontario alongside her mother to be held at a later date. A Celebration of her Life will be held at a later date.
