We are deeply saddened to announce Cathy’s passing at Rosthern Hospital, in Rosthern, SK with family by her side, after a short battle with cancer. Cathy moved from Guelph, ON to Wakaw, SK in 2017. Cathy will be remembered for her sense of humour, adventure and strong will.
Cathy leaves to mourn her passing and cherish her memory, her loving Husband Alan Fergus, her daughters Rachelle (Mike) Soul and Rebecca (Adrian) Johnston; step-children Stephanie (Aaron) Duncan and Michael (Brittanie) Fergus; her grandchildren: Michael, Taylor, Daniel, Devin, Callum, Bryden, Malcolm, Dylan, Kailey, Brodie, Lachlan and Daxton; as well as her nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Cathy was predeceased by her parents Arlene (Dave) Merchant and Lawrence (Joan) Marshall. We shall see peace, we shall hear angels we shall see the sky sparkling with diamonds. Donations in memory of Cathy may be directed to the Rosthern Hospital foundation. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Marc Blondeau of Kushneryk Funeral Service, Wakaw, SK, 306-233-4403.
