Obituary of Carole Ruttle (Cecile)
Carole Ruttle (Cecile) passed away peacefully on February 5,2025. She is a lovingly remembered by her devoted husband, Gary Pepper; her children, Wendy Ruttle-Radu (Gaetan) and Sherry Leclerc (Alyre), and her step-children, Sherry Pepper, Sean Pepper, and Dawn Pepper- Lenci. She is now reunited in spirit with her beloved son, Bill Ruttle (2008) and step-son Dwayne Pepper (2008). A cherished grandmother of 17 and great-grandmother of 10. Carole’s warmth and kindness touched the lives of all who knew her. After 31 years of dedicated service, she retired from Taco Bell.
In accordance with her wishes, no formal funeral service will be held. A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
Her memory will forever remain in the hearts of those who loved her.
