Perry, Captain Donald Edward – 85 of Clark’s Harbour, Shelburne County, NS passed away at his home January 14, 2025. Donald was predeceased by his parents, Harry and Eileen Perry and sister, Elizabeth Ann Crawford. Visiting his extended Prince Edward Island family yearly was a highlight in his life. A fisherman all of his working life aboard the “FV Trudy and Doug” and from his home, he could watch the boats coming and going from the Clark’s Harbour wharf. He always knew how rough the sea was by watching to see if there was “white water” around Green Island. Donald is survived by daughter, Trudy and Richard; son, Doug and Kerry; grandsons, Caleb, Joshua and Jacob; 6 great-grandchildren; brother, Robert and several nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a funeral will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Barrington.
