Passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at Seaforth Community Hospital, Seaforth on Thursday February 27, 2025 at the age of 85. Loving wife of the late Bob Campbell for 61 years. Beloved mother of Sandra and Terry Morey of Seaforth, Lisa and Martin te Brinke of Clinton, Pam Campbell of Seaforth, Doug and Vicki Campbell of Winthrop and Diane and Jeff Howson of Blyth. Adored grandma of 15 grandchildren and great-grandma of 11. Dear sister to Ron and Glenna Hibberd of Mildmay and sister-in-law to Sheila and Vince Nicol of London, Ron and Darlene Campbell of London and Brian and Carol Ann Campbell of Walton. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Robert and Ada (Boehler) Hibberd, sister Glenna Lichty and parents-in-law Allan and Beatrice (Walters) Campbell.
Visitation will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, 87 Goderich Street West, SEAFORTH on Wednesday, March 5th from 2 – 4 PM and 6 – 8 PM.
Ruth’s funeral service will be held the following day on Thursday, March 6th at 11 AM at the Egmondville United Church, 26 Kippen Road, Egmondville. Interment Maitlandbank Cemetery.
Donations to Cavan United Church – Winthrop or the Egmondville United Church would be appreciated by the family.
