Bruce William Rodger
February 25, 1944 – April 5, 2025
It is with profound sadness that the family of Bruce William Rodger announces his peaceful passing at home on Saturday, April 5, 2025, at the age of 81. Beloved husband of Catherine Rodger (nee Giles). Proud father of Geoff Rodger (Brenda) of Renfrew, Heather Chapman (Doug) of Brockville, Jennifer Rodger (Blair) of Airdrie, Alberta, Mary Ilic (Damien) of Kingston and Sara Rodger of Braeside. Cherished grandfather of Patrick Chapman (Lily), Wesley and Duke Ilic and late Autumn Ilic. Son of the late James and Mary (Garnett) Rodger. Bruce retired as Chief Technology Officer at Dominion Command for the Canadian Legion, leaving behind a legacy of dedicated service.
Bruce’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Boyce Funeral Home Ltd., 138 Daniel Street N., Arnprior. In honour of Bruce’s memory, a donation may be made to the Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Centre of the Queensway Carleton Hospital or to Diabetes Canada.
