BUCKLAND, Bruce Merton Lorne unexpectedly but with family by his side at Wiarton Hospital late Monday, March 3, 2025. Bruce Buckland of Wiarton in his 83rd year. Beloved husband and best friend of Judey (nee Porter). Cherished father of the late Nancy Buckland (2003) and Jeff and his wife Kim of St. Marys. Much loved grandfather of James, Hannah and Jonathan. Dear brother of Beulah Wright (Herb) of Hepworth and brother-in-law of Laurie Buckland, Marg Buckland, Glenn Beacock and Bob and Susan Porter. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents Velma (nee Finnigan) and Merton Buckland and brothers Doug and Gordon.
Family and friends are invited to share memories at the GEORGE FUNERAL HOME, Wiarton on Friday, March 7th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday at 2:00 p.m. Spring interment Oxenden Cemetery.
