It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Brian Burbank, who peacefully passed away on Monday, February 24, 2025 at home, at the age of 77 years.
Born on July 30, 1947 in Coalville, England. He leaves behind his beloved Ann Marie Roth, his son Mike Burbank (Theressa)and his granddaughter Haley Burbank. As well his sister Maureen Burbank (Andrew) and brother David Burbank (Connie). Dear adopted daughter and friend Lisa McGinnes (Kevin). Preceded in death by his parents Walter and Irene Burbank from Coalville, England.
Brian was strong willed and stubborn at times, but also had an enormous heart and wonderful sense of humour. He was generous, loyal and brave. He was clever and full to the brim with knowledge gained through all his life experiences in sales and love for sports. Brian was quite literally bigger than life to his loved ones.
He will be remembered for all the heart he shared with his family and friends. He truly loved each of them.
A private service will take place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, and the Heart and Stoke Foundation in Brian’s memory would be greatly appreciated.
