Brendan Coady Obituary
It is with heavy hearts and sadness that our family shares the passing of Brendan Coady, age 71 years. Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on February 18, 2025.
Predeceased by his parents: Dennis and Marie Coady and his siblings in laws Joseph and Kevin Myrick and his parents-in-law: Michael and Teresa Myrick.
Leaving to mourn is his loving wife of 51 years Patricia, his children: Shane (Sharon), Brenda (Trevor) Meehan, and his precious grandchildren: Kaitlin, Falyn, and Clark; Siblings; Monica (Eugene – deceased) Reddy, Randell (Teresa) Coady, Mary (Lyola – deceased) Reddy, Ronald (Lucy) Coady, Marion (George- deceased) Carew, Beth (Ed) Anderson, Wayne (Debbie) Coady, Tommy (Judy) Coady, Denise, Linda (Leslie- deceased) Coady, Shawn (Michelle) Coady, Gary Coady: Siblings-in law: Jim (Theresa) Myrick, Gladys (Frank) Beresford, Conrad (Margie) Myrick, Anne (Rick) Pennell, and Gerard (Edna- deceased) Myrick; also leaving to mourn a large circle of nieces and nephews, friends and family.
Special thank you to all the nurses, Drs and staff on 4 West, St. Clare’s and to Dr. McGarry, for many years of wonderful care. Also special thanks to Father Peter for his prayers and visits and to his home care workers Margie and Natalie who took such good care of him while at home in Trepassey.
Cremation has taken place and funeral services will take place at later date.
