Brenda “Momma” Ireton Obituary
Surrounded by the love of her family, Brenda passed peacefully at Hospice Renfrew on December 31, 2024 at the age of 63 after her courageous battle with cancer. Loving wife of Kevin Lobb for 31 years. Cherished Momma of Andrew and Lindsay (Roger Eady). Beloved Grammy of Payton, Donnie, and Maizy. Brenda will be fondly remembered by her sister in law Brenda Lobb, her friends Lee, Donna and Bonnie and her nieces and nephews. Missed by her “boys” Ronnie and Duke.
Brenda worked at Groves Parks Lodge for over 46 years. She loved to care for the residents and made many lasting connections with the staff. The family wishes to thank Dr. Lavigne for his wonderful care and home visits. A private family service will be held at St. Columba’s Cemetery, Pembroke in the spring. Donations in her memory may be made to Hospice Renfrew or the Renfrew Victoria Hospital Oncology Unit.
