Doug (Karl), 69 years, beloved husband of Sherri Black, father of Tenille, stepdad of Brady. Doug passed away at the Souris Health Centre on January 25, 2025. A celebration of Doug’s life will be held at the Victoria Inn – Imperial Room 3550 Victoria Avenue West Brandon, Manitoba on Saturday, February 1, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Please dress casual and wear your favorite team jersey. Private interment in the Souris & Glenwood Cemetery. In memory of Doug, donations may be made to Souris Minor Ball (etransfer to minorballsouris@gmail.com) or Box 968 Souris, Manitoba R0K 2C0 or to Souris Minor Hockey-Linda Ryckman Fund (to help kids who otherwise couldn’t afford to play hockey) (etransfer to smh.sourisminorhockey@gmail.com) or Box 238 Souris, Manitoba R0K 2C0.
