Bertha “Beth” Vint Hawke, at the much-celebrated age of 97, left us on March 25, 2025 to continue her next chapter.
Born in Belfast, Northern Island, she sailed to Canada in 1952 with three young children in tow to make a new life with her husband John Vint (deceased 1971).
Left behind to remember her are her children John Vint (Paulette), Maureen Lukas, Deb Vint (Roger Houghton) and Jeffrey Vint (Heather), as well as her 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Norman Vint (2020) (Linda).
She will also be missed by her many Irish relatives.
We’ll miss you, mom, with all our hearts. So many memories to be cherished. Our “IRISH EYES ARE SMILIN” (with a few tears)
