1930-2025
The death of Audrey Marie Bloodsworth of Upper Kent occurred on
Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Upper River Valley Hospital,
Waterville. Audrey was born, March 31, 1930, in Oakland and was the
daughter of the late Claude and Bertha (Campbell) Doherty. She was
also predeceased by her husband, Elihu Bloodsworth; daughter, Brenda;
10 siblings, Geraldine, Merle, Albert, Garnet, Arthur, Winston,
Carolyn, Henry, John and Judy.
Audrey is survived by her 4 children, Patty Demerchant, Elihu
Bloodsworth Jr. (Nancy), Hayden Bloodsworth (Chery) and Henry
Bloodsworth; 9 grandchildren, Lee, Troy, Tanya, Jolene, Rachel, Ryan,
Zoey, Melissa and Jacob; 22 great grandchildren; 6 great great
grandchildren; 1 sister, Margaret Ruff as well as many nieces, nephews
and extended family.
Visitation will be held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207
Burnham Rd. Florenceville-Bristol on Sunday, March 2, 2025, from 1-3
pm. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 pm from the L.R. Giberson
Funeral Chapel. Pastor Andrew Nisley will officiate. The interment
will be in the Fielding Cemetery. For those who wish, memorial
donations made to the Fielding Cemetery would be appreciated.
