Allen, Arlene of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Monday, April 7, 2025 in her 82nd year. Loving partner of Larry Buck. Cherished mother of the late Michelle Boutilier(2011). Loving grandmother of Brett(Cameron), Brennan and Brodie(Tara) and sister of Brenda(Lisa). Predeceased by her former husband Jim, brother Gary and sister Marilyn. Arlene was born in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia on May 4, 1943, daughter of the late Earl and Mildred(Clarke) Grant. She worked in the office at East Elgin Secondary School for 28 years. She will be remembered for her witty sense of humour, big smile and stern attitude. A graveside service will be held at the Aylmer Cemetery on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 at 1 p.m. Cremation has taken place. Donations to Helping Paws Rescue would be appreciated.
