Obituary of Archibald Lawson Brown
Archibald “Archie” Lawson Brown, 83 of Wolfville passed away on December 26, 2024, in the Valley Regional Hospital. Born in Wolfville on June 18, 1941, he was the son of the late Lawson and Irene Brown.
Archie worked as a woodman for several years, he was a good natured and kind-hearted gentleman who enjoyed hunting and trapping. He appreciated nature.
Archie is survived by his brothers, Gordon (Brenda) Brown of Centreville and Arnold “Arnie” Brown of Wolfville; sisters, Betty Walsh of Kentville and Carol Davidson of Forest Hill; step-sons, Rick (Heather) England and Alan Graves; step-daughter, Sharon Vaughan; step grandchildren, Richard, Kody, Kailey, Jeremy and Udell; niece, Jennifer Davidson as well as nephews, Daniel Brown, Darrell Brown, Richard Brown and Michael Brown.
In addition to his parents, Archie was predeceased by his common law partner, Margaret Graves.
A visitation will take place on January 3, 2025 from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in the Serenity Funeral Home, Coldbrook, NS. Memorial donations may be made to the organization of your choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4R 1B9 (902-679-2822).
