1925 – 2025
With sadness, we announce the passing of Anna on January 4, 2025, at home surrounded by her family at the age of 99. Reunited in heaven with her husband Mario (August 4, 2010), she leaves behind her daughter Santina and son Frank (Barbara). Proud Nonna of Laura (Peter), Jonathan, Andrea (Larry) and Alexander (Priscilla). Survived by her brother Salvatore, she is predeceased by her siblings Franco, Giuseppe, Teresa and Antonietta. As a cherished Zia, she will be missed by her many nieces, nephews and their families.
Relatives and friends are welcome to Bernardo Funeral Home (2960 Dufferin St., south of Lawrence Ave. W.) for visitation on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 4-9 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Church (811 Lawrence Ave. W., at Dufferin St.) on Thursday, January 9, 2025 at 1:30 PM. Anna will then be laid to rest with her husband at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St., north of Steeles Ave.).
