Anna Marie Stewart (nee Cameron) Obituary
It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Anna Marie Cameron Stewart. After a short but courageous battle with cancer Annie gained her wings surrounded by family.
Anna, known to all as Anne, was born September 3rd 1960 in Shawville, Quebec. Daughter of Constance St-Pierre and the late Bernard Cameron. Survived by husband and best friend of 47 years Ronald “Ron” Stewart. Loving mother of Kelly and Kerry. Proud Nana of Tyler (Erin), Patrick, Francis, Teegan and Cora. Sadly missed by brothers and sisters; David (Jean), Stephen (Helen), Brenda (Darin), Maurice (Tracey), Wayne, Tanya (Jason) and predeceased by Paul (Betty), Richard (Francine) & Danny as well as, brothers and sisters in-law; Russell (Shirley), Tom (Colleen), Donna (late Martin) and Jack (Cathy). Dearly missed by special cousins Hugh and Sandy, as well as, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Anne was well known and loved in the horse community, a passion her and Ronnie shared. But her real pride was her family and especially her special boy, “Nana’s boy” Chum (Tyler), whom she shared a special and unbreakable bond with.
The family wishes to thank the Shawville Hospital for their care and compassion in Anne’s final days and a special thank you to nurses Anick and Elise and Dr. Smith who went above the call of duty to provide exceptional care for Anne.
As per Anne’s wishes, there will be no service.
Your wings were ready but our hearts were not. You have left a hole nothing can fill.
