Peacefully at home surrounded by family, Gale reunited at last with her beloved Ross (2004). Loving and devoted mother of Craig, Susan (Daymon Tucker), and Randy (Tanya). Proud grandmother of Mason and Maya. Aunt of Mark Milne and Cheri Wright(nee Milne). Predeceased by parents Charles and Verna Milne(nee Cattell), and brother Donald (“Chick”) Milne and sister-in-law Elsie.
Known to most as Gale, she grew up in Aurora, where she became a loving wife, dedicated mother, proud home maker, avid gardener and active volunteer. Gale also found time for other creative endeavours such as painting, knitting and sewing. She later moved to Innisfil with her husband Ross in 1998.
Friends and family will be received at the Innisfil Funeral Home, 7910 Yonge Street, Innisfil, on Tuesday, May 6 from 12:00pm until the time of service in the Chapel at 1:00pm. Reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Saint Elizabeth Foundation in Gale’s memory.
