MacKENZIE, Ann – Peacefully at AgeCare London on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Ann Marie MacKenzie, nee Cooper of London Township in her 84th year. Predeceased by her husband Don MacKenzie and parents Milton and Mary Cooper. Older sister to Edward (Helen) and Paul (Dee) Cooper of London. Auntie to Tim, Christine and Peter Cooper of Ottawa. Dear life long friend of Betty (Simpson) Britschgi and Francis (Donley) Okihiro.
Ann graduated from Medway High School and Western University and taught at Prince Andrew and Ryerson Public Schools, Medway High School and Brescia College. She was also a member of the music programs at Metropolitan and First-St. Andrew’s United Churches, London, Ontario.
The funeral service will be conducted at Harris Funeral Home, 220 St. James St. at Richmond, on Thursday, April 24 at 11:30 am, with visitation preceding from 10:30 to 11:30 am. Interment Siloam Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Doctors Without Borders or Ontario Nature would be appreciated.
