Anita Chua Ng-Lee was born on April 14. 1964. Anita was the youngest of ten children and lived a remarkable life filled with resilience and love. Born and raised in the Philippines, she moved to Canada alone at eighteen, overcoming challenges that came her way. Throughout Anita’s career she worked as a bank teller, an investment broker, and later as an accountant. Anita was a loving mother, sister, aunt, neighbour, and friend who brought joy and kindness wherever she went. She was always known for her generosity, and she loved buying toys for children. She cherished spending time with family, and her nieces and nephews looked up to her. She loved to travel and took many trips around the world. Cooking was also one of her hobbies and she loved to learn new recipes from different types of cuisine. Everyone knew her as a kind-hearted and spirited woman who was full of life and love. She was a strong woman who could overcome anything and would never give up. Her strength, resolve, kindness, and vibrant spirit will be deeply missed. Anita passed away in the early evening of January 8, 2025. Although she is not physically with us anymore, she will continue to be our light during the darkness as she watches over us from Heaven. May you rest in peace and love, Anita.
